Job task Description:
- Accounts and Scheduling –
- Send invoices to the customer.
- Preparing quotation for customers.
- Preparing a monthly schedule.
- Check payment and send the receipt to the customer.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Replying to inquiries –
- Reply to customer questions via Phone, email and online messaging.
- Good memory or diligence in remembering different room rates is required.
- Able to respond fast to a customer inquiry.
- Make recommendation to customer based on requirements.
- Coordinating Courier delivery –
- Contact the driver or customer to ensure a timely and smooth delivery.
- Preparing Pre-delivery paperwork.
- Attention to details with computer skills
- Ability to work independently, be proactive and use own initiative
- Meticulous and accountable.
- Able to speak and write English.
- Bonus if with accounting knowledge/Experience.
